Thracian Cliffs Golf Course

Thracian Cliffs Golf & Spa Resort is located on the Black Sea coast, 40 min north of Varna. The resort features a 18 hole championship golf course, 4 and 5 star hotels, villas, appartments, a SPA centre, golf club house and a driving range. The golf course is spread on a total area of 1800 decares and is situated on a high plot, facing the sea. Numerous restaurants, clubs, a trade centre and a yacht port are planned in the complex. Thracian Cliifs Golf & Spa offers a unique opportunity for its residents to have an exclusive one-off free 20 year Charter (First) Full membership at the Golf Club when purchasing a property. Non residents of the resort will have to pay a fee of 40 000 EUR to assure membership. The number of full membership is limited to assure the continued enjoyment of the Golf Club course and the Golf Club facilities. The annual Golf Club fee for Charter (First) Full Members is 1 600 EUR plus VAT.

Black Sea Rama Golf Course

The easiest way by car, to get to BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas, is to follow the upper main road Varna - Kavarna and just follow the signs. About 7 km from the town of Balchik, which is situated before Kavarna, you will find our golf course.
If you choose the panoramic road with picturesque sea views, from Varna Airport you should follow the resorts St. Constantine & Elena, Zlatni Pyasutsi (Golden Sands), Albena. After Albena resort you pass Kranevo and the town of Balchik. BlackSeaRama Golf & Villas is situated about 7 km from the town of Balchik.
The clubhouse is situated in a prominent location to take full advantage of the vast panoramic sea views. The clubhouse will contain all the typical facilities such as locker rooms, pro shop, restaurants, bars and lounges. There is also an extensive outdoor seating area where the players can sit and have drinks and meals whilst watching the play on the 18th green.
Leisure amenities: The main focus of the resort’s recreational activities is the 18-hole international golf course. Several land parcels have also been allocated to sports and recreational use. It is envisaged that the activities vary from the more sedentary to the highly active including sports such as swimming, tennis, and volleyball among many others. Other facilities such as restaurants and bars are located within the club house.

The resort features two golf courses, exclusively for the use of our residents and guests of the resort, as well as guests of of the hotels Katarino SPA, Perun, Bulgaria, Razlog. The pride of the club is the outstanding 18-hole, Par 72 championship course designed by the winning 2006 Ryder Cup Captain, Ian Woosnam. The second course is named after the surrounding area, i.e. Pirin Pine Course and at the moment features 5 fully constructed holes. It is designed by a young German company. Keen golfers could practice and improve their skills on one of the biggest and most impressive golf academies in Central and Eastern Europe. The academy includes sophisticated video training equipment (Scope, S&M Putt Lab) and is managed by Nikolay Stanew – the only Bulgarian golf professional, certified by the European Professional Golf Association.
